I love the staff and vibe at this store. It's quiet and calm inside even with music and has a great selection and awesome sales. The staff made it feel like they were a part the shopping experience and like I was talking and shopping with old friends.

Came in for a specific piece of clothing, which they didn't have. The lady who assisted me tried to suggest other options, but there just wasn't anything I wanted. I will try again the next time I'm in Ponca City.
