“I had a really positive experience here. I had a return, and the ladies were all very nice. They made sure to help me with all of my needs. I was being super picky, and couldn't find the Jean's I wanted at first. They stayed calm and collected. I even walked around with a watch on for about 30 minutes during my 2 hour visit. I asked first, but I needed to know if my skin would break out wearing it or not. My return was well over $200 and still ended up spending an extra $200 on top on my exchange. I am aware that they make commission, but they still provided friendly service and I believe they would have regardless of commission. 4 pairs of Jean's shoes and 2 shirts later, I walked out a satisfied customer!”
