If I could give no stars, I would. I arrived and was looking thru the colors to find the one I was trying to match the color with the one I found online. I couldn't find anything and asked the MANAGER Lynn (Lin?) to see if she can help me find a close match, but she refused. She said they don't tell us what colors to pick so I told her I was just asking for advice. She continued to refuse to assist me. Since when do nail techs not help their clients with their nail care and making suggestions for the colors you're looking for?! Most of the time I just show them my pic and they go grab the colors themselves, without even needing to look at nail swatches. I'm going to send this in to whoever owns this company. They even made my daughter cry! Smh!

Absolutely horrible experience I will never come back here. The lady doing my nails absolutely ruined my birthday. I told her it was my birthday in hopes that she would be nicer but she was pure evil. She kept pushing on my achilles like she was trying to hurt me the way she was doing everything it was if she was trying to hurt me. When massaging me she was digging her nails in the sensitive part of the bottom of my foot. I asked her to stop using the metal thing on the top of my foot and she raised her voice and said yes! yes! yes! and kept doing it. Every time she painted a nail she pinched my toe that she was painting with her fingernails. I could tell that they were talking about me they kept walking by and laughing and looking at me and my legs and my feet it made me so uncomfortable I am in tears right now. She obviously did not want to do my pedicure and her boss had to come over and tell her to do it. She was not happy about it and she took it out on me. She also cut too deep with the metal thing on the bottom of my foot and the top of my foot they feel like they have scrapes on them. I will definitely go to the one by Hibbetts from now on.

Friendly, caring technicians. I had torn my meniscus in my knee - I always go to Natural Nails for pedicures! Special treatment was given to me - had my pedicure - loved the service - will be going back for certain❣️

Went in for a fill & toes painted. Both look decent but none are the same matching length. Dude was pretty rough on my skin around my fingernails. He clipped my nails & then proceeded TO USE THE SAME CLIPPERS ON HIS OWN NAILS && THEN USED THEM AGAIN ON MY TOES WITHOUT CLEANING. So unsanitary.

I absolutely loveu nail. You know this whole time I've been going to nature nails to get my nails done and this same woman always does mine and she does a fantastic job on them and I never have asked her what her name is. But I would highly recommend getting your nails done there before going any where else...
