Honestly the finished work was quite beautiful and well done. However, for people getting anything done collision wise anywhere, try to realize early on that it is a process. I scheduled a month out and then waited on my liftgate part to show up a week later after my appointment. Be prepared to be patient through this part. Unfortunately the people here have been left hanging with parts paid for and unused toward the customer. Not the best experience overall with what you would expect setting an appointment a month in advance, but the results do speak for themselves. Have a blessed day.

Terrible communication, terrible service. My car was in B&D’s collision repair shop for 3 months! The only damage my vehicle had was a hole in the front bumper/ radiator from running into a hitch on the back of the truck. So it took the shop ATLEAST 3 months to get my car finished and when i got it back the paint doesn’t match and is already peeling. Also my cruise control and sensors dont work in the front. IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING AFTERMARKET DONT TAKE IT HERE. I tried emailing them 4 months ago but of course no response back.

I would like to say at first I was very frustrated on the time frame it took to get car done, but Doug was amazing and he stands by his work and what I was frustrated about was out of his hands! I will be back if I ever have a problem and I do recommend him! He is amazing

Took an elderly friends truck to get fixed .Short story .. no communication on parts issues .. had to call repeatedly only to be told part was on back order . Suggested finding another supplier . Voila .. part found.. Finally got it in .. made an appt for two weeks out to get installed. Took truck on that day and it sat in the lot for a week . Called and complained.. meanwhile my elderly friend passed away. Got the truck back .. hood was misaligned and missing a part.. Fiancée took truck back and inquired about gixing another dent.Manager mentioned I had left him a bad review ( they emailed me a durbey ))and his estimate on the other dent was a grand higher than everbody else.. No offer to fix the hood either .. Just my experience.Service: Body & Trim
