I just wanted to say it was a fantastic experience dealing with Pioneer auto sales dealership. Everyone was very professional and Kyler was our salesman and was great and very professional. We pulled in he handed us the keys told us go drive the car we were interested in. We test drove it. It was very nice and ran very smoothly. We brought it back signed paperwork , my wife took a pic and we’re on the road in 45 minutes heading home in my wife’s new 2017 Ford Escape. So easy so fast and I would absolutely recommend buying a car from these guys. Car ran perfect on our way back to our town which is about 67 miles. Thanks Kyler and Pioneer Auto Sales!

Waited 4 days for someone to even call me back after giving all my information just to be told I need $3,000 down for a $15,000 vehicle or $10,000 for a $30,000 and that an “approved financing amount wasn’t a thing it’s all based on your down payment” I was under the impression you didn’t need great credit or to be rich too get a car from here I was wrong about both. If you can get approved here with a $3000 down payment I highly suggest just going to dodge or ford dealership and getting a brand new car.

Bought a silverado truck from there less than 20 days ago and the transmission went out already, They told me there's nothing they can or will do. I know its a used car lot but there should be something that could be done. Buyers beware

Honestly, I do t know much about this place. I saw a truck i liked on the website, cool they said they stayed open until 5:30, OK cool got everything i needed to make the deal today,I rushed 45 miles got there at 5:00 just to have 2 guys avoid eye contact with me, get in their trucks and leave!! I guess they made enough money today so I took my business to stillwater, who stayed late got me truck. So im gonna say from my experience that they are too busy to sell cars, and don't really want costumers.

Im sorry things didnt work out for us... but I witnessed front hand that this is by far the most reasonable dealer in ponca city . For selling used cars i seen this owner bend over may times and help people more then anything I have ever seen .. again used cars With all that being said I have worked in the auto industry for 23 years so good luck if you can find better in that small town.

Classic bait and switch, with misrepresentation. Weird the listing and the text messages with the salesman show a price 6 thousand dollars lower than the price they put on the paperwork. This was never verbally announced. Car had thousands of dollars of repairs on the day of sale. Also had been in MULTIPLE wrecks that were not disclosed. Weird the messages say no issues. Another ironic laugh, we traded in a car with severe transmission issues and it frequently stalled while driving. They made a tik tok saying it “ran perfectly” and then sold it. Go to a dealership where it’s not roulette on if it’s a lemon or what they say 🤦🏻♀️.
