“I lost my package, received merely the USPS label in my mailbox without the package itself. Went to my local post office and helped by Paul Mullins, the supervisor there. He helped me above and beyond. He did not only check the file trying to trace back to know when the package was lost, but he also called me back a few times to update the status and guide me with the right steps to report the missing mail , then checked the progress ! Despite the lost package that yet to be found or may be remaining lost, I am so grateful and amazed with how I and my case have been cared for. We may still lose our package (happen quite some in these days, don’t they!) but it always helps us feeling so much better when we know that our case matters and we are well cared for. Full 5 stars for my local post office , particularly Paul Mullins for what he has done. Thank you much Sir, God bless you and your family & USPS team 🙏”

“I was having a technical problem and the nicest lady helped me get my issue addressed ,no pun intended lol. She was more than helpful an didn't make me feel as d*** as I know I seemed. She was busy but took time to help me, all while wearing a lovely USPS issue cardigan sweater. I promised her I would leave a good review for all her diligence.”
