This place is a hidden gem. The owner/operator is Butch, and he is highly experienced and incredibly honest. He did some work on my old vehicle and did a tremendous job, and charged me WAY less than anyone else who gave me estimates. While I waiting for the work to be done, a handful of people came in and mentioned that this shop had been recommended to them by former customers, and I'm not surprised after the job he did and what he charged. Can't say enough good things about Butch!

This was weird. We paid to have our car towed to this guy from Blackwell because steam was coming from our engine and coolant was sprayed over our battery. This mechanic said he couldn't find any problem with our car and that it was safe to drive it back to Blackwell. We didn't believe this, so we took it to another mechanic in Ponca, who immediately found a large crack in our radiator and a hole in one of the hoses. I will never take another vehicle to this mechanic.

This was a very friendly and professional man...I liked the fact that his shop was a mom and pops type business instead of a super corporate heartless type of place..he told me he would have my truck done by afternoon and it was no excuses I usually like to work on my own vehicles but I will be taking my truck here again whenever I don't have time to do it myself he is very knowledgeable and experienced and he is reasonable on his prices all around great experience I'll give him 100 stars

Absolutely appreciate " Butch " the owner/ mechanic of this shop. He has done work on two of my cars and I have been happy with him on each car. Usually very busy and most times need to call ahead but I personally feel he is worth going to.

I had an emergency on I35, Ponca was the closest city. Butch answered the phone right away, got me into the garage when I arrived, and helped me with what I needed to get me going on my road trip. Thank you!!
