I absolutely love Brooke!! I told her I struggle with no volume and gave her free reign to do anything she wanted! She told me my face shape and why my hair styles haven't been working for me, which I loved!! I have never had a hair stylist do any of that, and actually help me rather than just cutting my hair. I'm OBSESSED with my hair, she did amazing!!

I tried to schedule an appointment for my wedding day, the receptionist was rude but gave the number of a stylist Brooke. I was told to text her myself, and she replied criticizing the style I wanted and having an overall disgusting attitude. What a disappointing experience. This salon needs to get better at communicating with clients. 0/5 don’t recommend.

Worst experience. I arrived after calling and waited for probably 10 minutes while two ladies were in the back “cleaning”. The stylist did a terrible job in my hair. I expected better from this highly recommended salon. She barely spoke to me and seemed annoyed when I tried to engage in conversation. I wanted two services but she asked me to pay after only one. Apparently she was done with me. I will never go back.Service: Haircut
