I have been going to Take 10 for twenty some years now and today was the worse service I have ever experienced. I made an appointment to have brakes and shocks put on my car at 1 pm. I took a half day vacation from work to get this done. They told me it would take 2 hours so I was prepared to wait. 4:30 pm and no one had given me an update on my car and they hadn’t even started working on it. Needless to say I was very upset and will never do business with them again. Totally shameful on their part and they even offered to say “sorry”.”
“Tom and his small crew always do a great job and they always have tires of most sizes with more than enough tread life. Other shops around town like Kelle Tire will gouge you so beware.”
