Terrible service in Pharmacy. Slow, out of meds, closing early, drive thru takes HOURS, and rude employees who are not helpful or apologetic when they make mistakes. An "I'm sorry" can go a long way. Horrible customer service. We won't be back. Moving all our scripts.

Been waiting for over 7 hours for my prescription to be filled. When I finally get to talk to someone they say it shouldn't be much longer. Still waiting. Very poor customer service.

First of all my sister had surgery in Tulsa and the surgeon ordered meds get to Walgreens and the line outside was very long so decided to go in instead get to the door and it says pharmacy closed inside and have to go through drive through almost an hour later get to the window and they closed for lunch ,so waited 30 more minutes and they said they weren’t ready yet I said I’m not moving until there ready,and believe you me it was hard to be nice to the man after all it wasn

2 hours after three prescriptions were sent in, I got an automated phone call saying my Rx was delayed. No specific reason given. After about 10 minutes of being on hold, I was told by the tech that insurance wasn't going to cover one of them so they hadn't started on any of them. I was told it would be about another hour. 75 minutes later, I arrive at the store where I wait 10 minutes at the counter for someone to finally wait on me, just to be told that it would be another 40-60 minutes. I was assured that I would receive a text when they were ready. I don't live in town, so an inconvenience to make multiple trips. It has now been 7 1/2 hours since my Dr. sent in the Rxs & still no confirmation they are ready. Glad they weren't critically urgent. What a joke! I will be finding a new pharmacy.

Walgreens in Ponca city is a very clean place most of the staff very pleasant. The pharmacy on the other hand they’re rude Nathan the pharmacist likes to yell at and belittle people and their assistant manager heather likes to slap the customers.

This is the absolutely worst run pharmacy I've been to in Oklahoma. Bentz in ponca city has always had maybe a ten minute wait, very efficient and well run. Even the small pharmacies in elk city or Newcastle are impressively fast. I've never been to Walgreens pharmacy and had less than a three hour wait. Today it's been 5 hours after calling ahead after having 4 wisdom teeth taken out and they still can't figure out how to do what they get paid for.

My granddaughter and grandson went in to Walgreens on 7/4/2020, to buy a couple thing and decided to buy some poppers. The clerk asked how old she was, she replied 18, asked grandson, he replied, and then clerk said to my granddaughter, "don't bring him back, you have to be 18 to buy these" as she points to my grandson. she then asked for my granddaughters ID, which she provided (it being her Military ID) AND THEN, that clerk told her she needed a State ID or drivers license

Great store for all your health or whatever else you have a need for. Also the employees are always nice and attentive to anything you may need help finding. They also greet you when you enter the store. Makes your day a little brighter.

Called the pharmacy to check on a prescription and got hung up on. Every time I call there is at least a ten minute wait time. Only for them to answer with thanks for calling Walgreens pharmacy please hold, and place me back on hold for an ungodly amount of time. Absolutely the worst Customer service I have ever received. Called to speak with a manager and she put me on hold. Something has got to change with this location.
