I would like to say that the Pond Creek CSR team is very polite and helpful to the customers, and the Pond Creek tech team is very knowledgeable with the devices Pioneer offers. They Pond Creek team overall is great.

I work just down the block from pioneer if I ever have a problem with my phone but I haven' t had any big problems so far just questions on how to operatate my phone and the ladies at pioneer are always so helpful. Thanks a million.
