“The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us some great information about my car and how insurance and parts for the repair was, going to happen in time. He is very busy which I could see, when we arrived at Genesis. My car is still able to be driven so I can wait. I am very pleased with Genesis so far but we will have to see how my insurance is going to behave.”

“These salvage guys are NOT hateful. They will go to every length it takes to help you get the specific part you need. They get online and take much time to discover and order parts. If they get something that isnt what you expected. They wont sell it to you. Tri-state ships it back to where it came from. And the employee will explain and give your deposit back! We have trusted them for years. We drive 60 miles one way to do business with them.”
