Phones are refurbished but they tell you they're new. Put my whole family on a plan, but service was so bad they all went back to the old company, and these people lied about taking the phones back within the allotted time period so I ended up out $500. Hopefully I'll have time to switch companies this month, because service keeps dropping despite me being on their unlimited plan and it's costing me money. I know people often go back to companies later down the line, but yeah, no. Never again. Still thinking about going to the better business bureau about them.

I went in to the store because my phone wouldn’t charge. I told the associate that I either needed a wireless charger or a new phone. She immediately grabbed a wireless charger off the display, opened it, took it out of the box, placed my phone on it, and stated that it was charging my phone. I purchased the $24.99 charger and took it home. The next day, after learning that the wireless charger would not fully charge my phone, I brought the charger & the receipt back to the store. Again, I told the associate that the wireless charger didn’t solve my problem, so I need to return it & look at a new phone. She stated that they could not do a return on accessories, according to store policy. The other associate kept interrupting us, and aggressively stating that the store policy is no returns on accessories. So, instead of helping me to get a new phone, they lost my business completely, over $25. I had been a Cricket wireless customer for over ten years. T-Mobile happily helped me to pick out a new phone and transfer my number over! Bye Cricket!!!

Last time I was there somebody thought it was okay for them to get a phone on through my financing my daughter's mother everybody seems to be okay with that employees included and then I asked the young man to sign me up for the affordable connectivity program in the young man told me know I seen him just the other day and because of my disability of having post-traumatic stress disorder I don't like confrontation that is just rude. To continue this review I have just discovered that the finance company they signed me up with to purchase my phone they have a 3-month plan which is acceptable and they have a 12 month plan that is the lady that signed me up to lease my phone told me I was on the 3 months because I asked for the 3-month but in actuality it was a 12-month plan the only way to get the 3-month plan is to call I'm paying nearly $700 for a phone they sell at Walmart for $100 and they're giving away the same phone to customers who sign up with I've been a cricket customer for at least 4 to 5 but yet they want me to pay $700 for $1 phone that is outdated it's not even a and when I called progressive leasing and cricket everyone's apologizing but no one's trying to correct the I went into the store this last week the lady that signed me up with the progressive leasing left as soon as I and the young man that did not sign me up for the ACP program acts like that are not disabled people who need this ACP program available and when I asked for the regional managers number and the new young man act like we don't have a regional manager we only have a area manager. You know what I was speaking of long story short I never got that reasonable manager's number and no one has contacted me I even had to call another store that said they would contact me today once again another

The manager like to yell at the customer. They don't own up to there mistakes. And threatening to put hands on the customer. They make you pay more than you owe to keep your phone and than lie about it.
