“If you're going to use Tmobile don't waste time online just for them to mess everything up and then don't waste time trying to fix it online cause they'll just play with you like you're the mouse and they're the cat having the time of their lives. Instead, go to the Poteau Tmobile store in the first place. You'd think the process would be smoother and better online. You would be as mistaken as I was. I should have gone to Poteau TM in the first place. They took care of me quickly and very well. Live and learn.”
