I enjoyed wandering through this local museum very much. It gives one a glimpse of life 70-125 years ago. Some interesting exhibits! The rune stone exhibit is worth seeing.

Very interesting place in a small town. Poteau, Oklahoma. Free admission to a 3 floor exhibit. First hotel to have an indoor plumbing for toilets we were told. Have many rooms with themes from space to early pioneers. Near the museum is the last successful bank that Bonnie and Clyde robbed. Enjoyed the museum/hotel.

Great for all 3 generations we took.Excellent artifacts, displays, & pictures. We were shocked just how many cool things were packed in there!
