“I first went to the Ft. Smith, AR store on Rogers Ave. The man who waited on me acted like he didn't want to help me. He told me to go to a battery store and get a battery. On my way home, I stopped at the Poteau, OK store, just to see if they would say the same thing. I was met by Katelyn as soon as I walked in the store. She greeted me with a smile and was very happy to help me. I left feeling very satisfied. She needs a raise.
