Worst place to get service i have ever seen.
I am 80 yrs. Old and owned 100 vehicles
As oilfield contractor and they are worst
At service. They kept my vehicle 2 weeks to fix it charge me 980$ to change cluster.
Did fix it told me they fix it under warranty.
After a week called them about vehicle they told me it was a smart part and they making sure beens it was under warranty I it would not cost me anything.called a week later about vehicle and told me it would cost me 700$ to change that part. Told Rachel that she told me she said it would be under warranty and she said her boss told her to charge me. So I picked up car and drove of.
Have called for randy Anderson 3 times over pas week to call me.
3 different employee's said they would give him the message.
Randy anderson owes me 1000$
And hope he pays me as he should..

Came in for tire pressure sensor fault. This was damaged when y'all put new tires on my Explorer. I have extended warranty on my vehicle, yet I was charged $116 for repair. I left and before I got back to Talihina light was back on. I called back and was hung up on twice before I talked to a live person. They tried to tell me I probably had a flat while I was looking at the tire. What a joke. I have bought three vehicles at Riverside but when this in next year it will not be there. Y'all were also supposed to call me when y'all had a loner car to fix a recall but y'all never did. By the way you can get 4 motorcraft tire pressure sensors on Amazon for $29.95.
