We found the products we were looking for and we’re waiting to check out. The customer ahead of us was having trouble with her credit card clearing, but the cashier patiently worked with her until the customer gave up and left. The cashier (Jaiden) then greeted us with a smile and quickly checked us out efficiently and pleasantly. Every store should have employees like her.

I love this place because of the current employees. They are the best I have ever come in contact with in over 75 different cities. While maintaining proper observant security,they are not rude , tacky or disrespectful. Knowledgeable about current inventory, friendly and helpful without any airs of unwillingness or disrespect.
The management team also keeps the store well stocked. They almost always have in stock the things that I expect to find available for retail.
For real from me to You ,(Prague Dollar General only) thank you for being such a awesome team!

DG having a policy whers they can only process one gift card every 30 minutes or so is rediculous. Also, how come this dollar general has no way of contacting anyone at store when calling?

Stood in line (of 10 people) for almost 10 minutes and didn’t move one person ended up late for work left my buggy of stuff sitting in the isle WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS $STORE 1 checker and all self checkout lines shut down what a waste

I would give 0 if I could, bought batteries for work, put in money got the paper money back but not the .14 or my receipt which I need to get reimbursed. The manager couldn't figure out how to get my receipt so I asked her to write one out, she told me I could write it out. I insisted on getting a receipt so she said to take a picture with my phone which was in truck, I told her that and asked if she could take a pic and send which she did but refused to give me my .14 in change. Not the amount but the principle. Disgusting behavior for a manager.

I was told this is the biggest DG in the state.. I believe it , this is my first visit to Prague I didn't look at the sign when I went in with my driver & asked her the name of the grocery store ..?.. They have meat & vegetable section plus housewares, automotive & clothes .. Prague doesn't need a waldo-world they got the states biggest Dollar General ...Lots of parking

Certain staff memeber I believe by the name of Kaye was very rude, store was extremely hectic. Do not recommend if you just want an in and out trip, self checkouts rarely ever work and you are lucky if there's even one open. Does NOT take cash, nor gives cash back.
