The bearings went out on my single axle car hauler. Contacted them and was assisted by Randy, the owner. He got us hooked up with the Axle Surgeon and after having a new spindle welded on, Randy's crew put us back together again.
I have a home town mechanic but not as professional and as fair as R and S. Not only did our needed repairs get handled, but the crew found a couple issues that could have been devastating soon after getting back on the road. Something my regular mechanic over looked. I have established a good relationship here and now have my PM maintenance issues fixed here when I am passing through and can get an appointment. Worth the wait even though I'm not in my home state or terminal.
The prices are fair for the professional services we receive. Breaking down near here turned out in my favor. Thanks Randy and crew. You simplify our operations out here, Mark and Shelli

I live out of state now and needed someone to repair my grandfather who has passed away truck. R&S accepted the job and then allowed the truck to sit there for almost a year without touching it. I had to pay to have it towed to another shop who got the job started within a week.

Took my truck in a couple years ago to get a full fuel system replacement. Injectors, lines, cp3 pump the whole 9 yards. Well they did more damage trying to fix my initial issue. This shop is a far cry from any good mechanic work being performed. I was stuck rebuilding the fuel system again just shortly after having it taken to this shop. So unless you like paying for repairs twice I wouldn’t take any vehicle you’re wanting to run properly to this shop.

I dropped off a piece of equipment, he said he could get to it the following week...midweek.After an additional week of him saying I'm pulling it in the shop....it was never even looked at. When I came to pick it up to take to another mechanic, he never even came out to acknowledge me.Find another more reputable mechanic.
