When a bank put money in your acct from a deposited check and the fund leave the "drawn on" acct the next day. They post the funds to your acct, you go in to get cash from that acct and they say, "you can't use any of that money till we have the cash in our bank". We think the check is bad and we are going to,( 3 days later), remove those funds for 10 days. Delaying closing on a house. Costing me hundreds of dollars. Never have I had a bank deposit funds into my acct and then take them back out. This bank is very messed up. 10 days later the funds do clear like I knew they would. Left this incompetent bank!! Acct closed!!

Do not talk to Justin Kanipe! He will talk to you initially like he is a family member or close friend. Then leave you a voice-mail saying your credit score is to low.when it is much higher and not return your call. Bad business

It’s very sad when I can get a taco at Taco Bell for the last 3 days at any hour but can’t even get money from my account because of “inclement weather hours” I work night shift and waited at the drive through every am to realize they can’t be there untii 9am and left early to access in the evening only to realize drive through hrs were 9 to 3 instead of 6pm????

A few years ago my husband had terrible credit, under the guidance of one of the employees we took all of her advice and built his credit to fantastic levels. We have been able to buy two semi trucks financed by Arvest and now if he needs a loan for any reason he can get it with just a phone call. We love Arvest Bank in Pryor Oklahoma and Tracy Wheeler

Honestly if you need to open an account, do it with a different bank. I've had nothing but issues with them for the past two years. This isn't any employees fault, but the company itself.

Gather 'round, it's story time:
Apparently in the banking world it's pretty common for checking/savings accounts to be sold along with the entire branch to other banks; as a usually $68-$100'aire in my checking account due to a ton of kids and irresponsible spending habits, how the heck am I supposed to know that? Anyway, the Vinita branch decided to sell to another bank and I was going to be a new customer of the new bank...that doesn't work for me. I just wanted my account migrated to the Pryor branch and nothing else to change. I call the 800 customer service number where it looked like Karena (? spelling) was going to get me fixed up, till she couldn't and passed me to Andrew, who was entirely unhelpful and seemed perfectly fine with that?. So, after choice words (which I'm not sorry for) I asked to be transferred to someone at the Pryor branch. Insert Tracey Wheeler, branch manager. The words that I would use to describe Tracey are 1. Tall , 2. Helpful and not necessarily in that order. Tracey did a great job of talking me off the banking ledge and invited my beautiful wife and I to come to the branch for an in person discussion. After meeting with Tracey, I decided to keep my $68 at Arvest under the conditions that I could be a Pryor branch customer. I left feeling better about the situation and I'll be returning there for business. If there would have been a bank lobby good dog, I suggest a golden doodle, I would have given this branch 6 stars. Tracey needs a raise, high five, gold star or something. 800 line Andrew needs to go back to bank phone school.

The customer service is great, called 7 times over this issue and was taken a bit further but I had to resolve the issue on my own. But they did help...Overdrafted my account while out of town. Had the cash to cover it and was willing to immediately deposit the cash. Well, there's no possible way to do that from out of town. Meaning, I have to make a 12-hour road trip in order to straighten this out. Cant do that. Called and was suggested to open an additional bank account (that I won't be able to use after I leave town,) is the only way to transfer funds to the account. The problem is, once your account is overdrawn, you cannot open other bank accounts with other Banks. You cannot easily connect cashapp(called 5 times to figure that out), you cannot connect a prepaid card, you cannot connect anyting that's not an additional bank account to the arvest app. If this is your only bank account, you travel for work, or accidentally make mathematical mistakes often, or plan use CashApp often, this is not the bank for you.3 stars because this process was a massive hassle, it did not need to be. But the customer service was more helpful than average
