Bad location to go to, they will add internet air to your bill without you knowing and then when you figure it out, they won’t give a refund!!! Idk why it was on my account to begin with when I have cox fiber optic in my home! I have never ever had internet air with ATT!! I want to a REFUND of my 130 extra bucks I spent for the last two months I’ve had it on my account!! When you call no one knows how to get this resolved and if you call 611 like they keep telling me to, it’s all Forners that you cannot understand, and they don’t even know what the heck is going on, and under your account!! I just need A proper speaking, English person, to take care of me! And I need a refund

First off, I have had my ATT account approximately 30 years. That does not matter to these people. On May 21, 2025 I went into this store to upgrade my iPhone and Apple Watch. They could only get the phone done that day for whatever reason so I had to go back the next day to do my watch. The watch was a nightmare, they couldn't get it to connect to my account for nearly a week. And the store did absolutely nothing about it, I had to do it myself by working with the people at the ATT 800 number. Plus, a few times the 800 number people would tell me something would have to be done at the physical store, but when I went in these people never had a clue what to do. Also, it's been nearly 6 months and they are still charging me for my iPhone upgrade that was supposed to be free with my trade. This store and it's manger (Amy) have been no help at all. After many hours on the phone over the months with the ATT 800 number, on August 18 I finally found out the store clerk made an error on the original paperwork and still now, after nearly 6 months, and knowing this, the store has pretty much washed their hands of me. This is no small mistake either, it's over $1,200. Also, I have my elderly parent's phones on my account. They both need to upgrade their phones too but I'm not doing it here, and not at all with ATT if they can't fix mine. I really hate to leave ATT as a 30 year customer. It's pretty bad when the customer is more loyal to the company than the company is to the customer.

All I needed was a replacement phone. Or a way to charge my current phone until I could swap with warranty. We asked Amy the manager about merging mine and my wife's phone lines. Huge mistake. Amy kept fast talking us and saying she is getting us a great deal. We said no to multiple things she suggested but she kept insisting that it would make our bill cheaper. Then after it was all said and done and my next bill is finally posted I realized I was basically robbed. She knows what she did. Fast talking with poor explanations and just clicking through things without consent. Hope you got your commission Amy.

1st time great service was told i needed a new sim card and already knew i needed a new phone but didn't have enough for the phone i wanted.
2nd when i had the money boy was i excited but it was Horrible service.. I went to get a SIM card and needed a new phone as well but the manager said she couldn't help me since I was pre paid. Mind you they sell pretty paid cell phones in there. She told me to go to Walmart ? Just to help the situation even more she informed me she's the "new manager" so I'm headed to Claremore now cause I called them and told them the situation with Pryor and they're more then happy to help me.

This store is amazing! Good people and great service. I feel if anyone is leaving a complaint it may be because they aren’t getting freebies and taking it out through the review page. I highly recommend this store for its exceptional customer service and top-notch products. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I have had nothing but positive experiences shopping here and will continue to be a loyal customer. Ashley, and Matayo were absolutely wonderful! They were both so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
For what its worth, Ashley is the reason we are still AT&T customers. After having several bad experiences at another location I was ready to switch service, but Ashley reminded me through her great customer service that the problem wasn't AT&T it was that we were going to the wrong location. Pryor store is by far the best in my opinion.
Edit: Turns out this store has very deceptive practices, and I would not trust them.
We were primarily helped by Ashley. We went in to trade our phones in, and all was well until AFTER she charged our card. She informed us at this point she couldnt give us credit for our phones since they had a crack. I told her "ok, please just do a refund on our card for what we just paid, and well keep old ones a while longer." She said the system wouldnt allow her to, but she could get around this, and continued to switch phones over. After a few minutes she explained that she would tell them that phones were damaged in transit, and that is how they get around this. This was all on Saturday. Monday morning I get a call that she cant help us, and well be charged full fee for old phones. Now were being charged for a mistake that isnt our fault. Her manager hung up on me without giving me a number to a "higher up". She said I could speak with a "higher up" and hung up on me. This is deceptive. I asked for money back, and never for her to lie about breaking in transit, and now we are going to have to fight these charges. It should Not have come to this. She should have checked phones for damage before charging our card, and this would not be happening.
