i’d barely give it one star but the only thing good about this pharmacy is the gift shop and baked goods. the drive thru ladies are RUDE! i’ve been going there for about a year or two. and every single time they have trouble getting me my meds. they act like i’ve never been there. they are never nice.

Soooo slowww. I came here 3 times, 2 days. And i do not have my dad medicine yet. I refill my dad medicines in walgreen before, but this time walgreen out of stock my dad medicine, so they change it to Begg of the medicine, i go there they told me wait "little bit" they call to my dad Insurance to ask about cover pay or something, i said i come back tomorrow to take the medicine. Nextday i come in afternoon, they ask me about my trip which the reason i refill my dad medicine early, and told me they need to call the ins for that about 1 hour wait, so i tell them i will back in 1 hour, but when i back, they have not call yet, and i wait 30 more mins but my medicine still somewhere i do not know. I contact with my ins, my ins tell me they accepted my refill early and give me the confirm No to give the phamacy when i go to refill, i told Begg, but they work soooo slowww, i came 3 times in 2 days. Lucky my sick dad not go take the medicine. I am so tired for go work and drive to Begg and back work and go to Begg to check when i can get the medicine and back to work again. Begg is best in Pryor. I beleave it. But... not now.

Rude Lady at drive thru pretended to run my wife’s credit card and demanded she drive back thru the drive thru without even trying the card in the first place.
Bank was called while waiting holding up the line, the bank verified the lady in drive thru did not even attempt a credit card transaction. (Tho she claimed she ran it twice)
This isn’t a machine issue this is a person issue.
Lots of attitude from the lady during this.
After the bank on person speaker said it has not been ran, the lady then finally decided to do her job and run the card. Which went thru no issues.
Drive thru people are rude. Need training on customer service or find a new job.
Gave a prescription for another name. That didn’t even match the ID she said she said she needed to scan.
How’s is this person in charge of the drive thru?!

The drive thru declined my card without even actually running it. I immediately called my bank and on speaker phone verified that my card wasn’t even ran because it would show how many times it was attempted and she still refused and wanted another form of payment!
I insisted that she actually run it and guess what?! it went through on the first attempt.

Staff were very polite. My concern is they did not know how to adjust the boot ordered for a broken bone. Left it loose, allowing the patients ankle, where brake is at move about, no stabilization. When patients expressed it increased the pain, patient was told that it was the right size. This could of coursed further damage. Person assisting the patient Never fixed the issues. Had to find a nurse elsewhere, to adjust it correctly.

Always has your medication filled in 5 minutes, quick and efficient. The fudge is amazing too
