The Manager and store associate Ashley, went above and beyond for 2 DAYS to help me recover my phone after I lost it in the river. They were so incredibly kind and helpful to me making all kinds of calls and working with me to get me up and running. Thank you so so much and I wouldn’t ever go to another TMobile as long as I live.”

“I decided about 4 months ago to try to beat the deal I had at another carrier, which I had been using for approximately 30 years. I won't mention the name of my previous carrier, but it starts with an A and has a couple T's behind that. Their bad service had become unacceptable to me. I went to all the carriers in the area in the past 4 months, and this Verizon store was the last one I visited. It should have been the first. I moved my 4 lines to their service right away after they told me all the details. Mary F., the store manager, did an exceptional job signing me up. Everyone I came into contact with there was polite and helpful, and knowledgeable.”
