“I decided about 4 months ago to try to beat the deal I had at another carrier, which I had been using for approximately 30 years. I won't mention the name of my previous carrier, but it starts with an A and has a couple T's behind that. Their bad service had become unacceptable to me. I went to all the carriers in the area in the past 4 months, and this Verizon store was the last one I visited. It should have been the first. I moved my 4 lines to their service right away after they told me all the details. Mary F., the store manager, did an exceptional job signing me up. Everyone I came into contact with there was polite and helpful, and knowledgeable.”
