MUB is just junk anymore. I use to think a lot of them until I started having to deal with the people in the office. I've had repeat conversation with a lady there who is always pissy, rude, and condescending. What ever the issue she is quick to point fingers and raiser her voice. They need to throw out the old trash and get somebody new in there.

Had the 3rd power outage in 9 days, called multiple times (5) when I finally was able to speak to someone, I was asked the address and he said, ok, I'll let them know. Then hung upI've lived in multiple places around this country and I've never seen such a lack of concern for customer service. I would never recommend them but what can you do... Pryor council should look into the leadership of MUB. Just another reason to leave pryor.

This place has to have the rudest receptionist ever,to get an extension on my bill I had to be made feel like a complete bum and be scolded like a little kid.i already felt bad enough having to do this and was made feel way worse by the time I hung up.Thanks alot to whoever the rude and belittling lady I talked to,you may not have given your name but you know who you are.

We had a line down from a huge tree limb going down on a shed. James came and went above and beyond! He was there within 30 min. We think James is amazing! Thanks again!

Friendly, efficient service. Kacee went above and beyond to help sort out a few things for us and was very patient and kind. Very pleased with my experience.

They dont answer the phone when there's a power outage when my aunt is on an oxygen concentrator. It went to voicemail 3x and nobody ever called back. 1/10 stars would not reccomend. Outage was caused by a blown transformer and is "low priority"for residential households. Update to be determined. Photo of their incompetency posted.
