Checked store hours ahead of time for a part here for a down machine and the store was all closed up when I got there at 2PM. Online hours say they are open until 7PM. Cost me time, labor and a trip to Pryor.
Edit: Somehow the return process has been an even worse experience than the inaccurate hours costing us half a day's delay. I wish the store would work with me to correct their own mistake but unfortunately they won't. Now I have NAPA corporate opening a case. Way to much hassle has gone into this whole ordeal, needless to say me & my family won't be back.
