Me and my daughters came in today to use my daughters’ birthday rewards. The lady behind the counter was Micah and she was assisting my daughter. I went to get the 10 cans of dog food and as I was walking up to the counter, Micah was telling her that she had to pay $50 to use her $10 birthday rewards. For some reason, when the associate pulled up my daughters’ rewards, it did not show that she had rewards. I was trying to explain to Micah that the same thing happened to me in May and I was trying to explain what Jami had to do to fix the problem. Micah gave me daggers and kept telling me that we had to pay $50 to use our birthday rewards. I want to thank Jami for taking charge of the situation and giving us some kind of rewards. Jami remembered that I had to call corporate to have them code the rewards as $2 off coupons so we could get $10 off our purchase. I was apologizing to Jami and Micah came back up to the register and said”my name is Micah for your report.” She was very sassy and should not have popped off at a customer like that. I was not trying to cause a scene. Moving forward, we won’t try to use our rewards if they don’t show up on the register, but show up on our phones. Corporate please send an email to your customers explaining how the rewards work because it has not turned out working. Again thank you Jami for being so sweet and treating me and other customers with the best care.

I’ve been to this Tractor Supply multiple times over the past several months, hoping it was just a one-off, but it’s clear they never restock their fasteners—especially stainless steel and other specialty parts. The shelves are nearly bare every time. If you need hardware, save yourself the time and frustration. During the week, check out the hardware stores in town, and on the weekend, try the spot north of town. This location just isn’t reliable for fasteners. The problem is not that you don't carry inventory it's that you have spaces for inventory of various sizes of nuts and bolts which are completely empty and have been for months. If you're no longer going to carry the product then remove the display drawers for it.

The manager working last night was phenomenal! She helped my daughter and I grab chocolate buffs for our farm and 4-h! We were so happy to have her help!!

I took my best friend in for a bath. The staff are smiling and think Bear is beautiful and handsome. You have your choices of shampoos and skin care for your best friend. Everything is included in your $9.99 dog bath. Water proff apron, a mat to stand on so you don't slip on the very clean floor. Brushes, combs, towels, air drying

Very disappointed. Ordered sale items online. Was called and told my items were not available because they were packed in a displayed that could not be opened till next week. No they could not simply pull them out and write my name on them. I was told that my order would be cancelled. The order was only partially cancelled. I found that out when I got an email saying one of my items was ready. Of course I never was able to get the sale items that we advertised online. I went to another store and they had their display out and no prices. The clerk scan items and of course they were all full price. I went back to the original store and had my ship to store item pulled so that I could have the pleasure of returning it right then. I learned my lesson, Tractor Supply makes it too hard spend my money there.

Great Store. Tractor Supply is a great place to find farm products for decent prices. Also, I buy all of my blue jeans there. You can save a lot of money if you don't have to have a top name brand.

A lot nicer than Muskogee or Tahlequah store. But still wont buy dog food from them.DO NOT BUY DOG FOOD FROM Tractor Supply! They sell moldy dog food and won't give you your money back. Corporate wont do anything either.
