Several times my mail has been delivered. It makes it in the box. However, they leave the door open, so the mail gets drenched. It's seriously not hard to close it. Please do better.

I recently moved here to Pryor from Chouteau. I was shipping a package at the Pryor Post Office and I asked an older woman (long whitish/blonde hair) at the counter a question about my mailbox at home, it's on my house. She hatefully told me that I'm not grandfathered-in & cannot keep the mailbox on my house & I need to put a mailbox by the road!! I rent, the owners have had that mailbox on their house since the 60's-70's (So,they are grandfathered-in). The house I rent is equipped for handicaps, it has a ramp ect.. I told her that the regulations I looked up also said if I'm handicapped that I can keep the box on the house (I use a cane & have mutiple handicaps) , she responded so hatefully "You need paper documentation!" . I told her that I do have my medical paper documentation on me. Then she went on to say "You're not handicapped enough, because you were able to walk in here from your car and drive!" ,she didn't know if I drove there , but that's beside the point! My jaw dropped when she said that to me...After leaving the Post Office I stopped at a local store and I mentioned how rudely I was treated, and a lady said "Oh you met the blonde haired lady at the Post Office, she's hateful to everybody!!".My next visit at the Pryor Post Office 3 women were doing something out front and a very kind postal lady (short blonde hair) told me there was a ramp that I could use for easier access. I made sure to tell her I appreciated her helpfullness and kindness!!Also, I got a pink slip in my mailbox to pick up an imprtant package (medication, not sure why the mailman didn't ring one of my 2 door bells or atleast knock on my door, because I was up and could've signed for it,instead of having to go all the way down to the Post Office to pick it up, but from the reviews I've read that seems common...

The service at the actual post office is fine. The accurate delivery of packages is another story. I have had several packages delivered to a house on the street behind where I live. It is like clockwork. I have to resort to contacting the post office. The issue eventually gets resolved, but the mistake should not occur in the first place.

Stop in to check out the Pryor Post Office never been in one with a set up like this were the stair or on the inside like this. The Post Office was clean and look to be well took care of. Nice to see one that was made back in 1963 compare to thes new ones it is one of a kind. The people here do a great job keep up the good work.

Negative zero stars! They stole $40.00 from my Dad while he was suffering from strokes due to his epilepsy. I seriously have a money order that was declined from the store that says 0.00. When does the post office issue a money order for $0.00? I went in and asked about it and the “lady” that addressed me said that if I didn’t have a money order receipt then I couldn’t do anything. Shame on this place!

I don't mind waiting in line, when the postal workers are all friendly! It's understandable they have other things to do, along with working the window, so I try to be patient, if I have to wait on someone to come to the window. Their job can be frustrating enough, without people getting rude with them. The workers are always smiling and happy, and that's much appreciated these days!

Their too lazy to put the mail in the mail box unless it’s by the road. If they can’t do the job… find people who can. That simple.

Says they attempted delivery at 7:15 am. I was home, I reviewed cameras from 6:50-7:30 and absolutely no one attempted delivery. The laziness of the post office is insane. They just didn’t want to deliver the item. It’s not even heavy it’s a little high chair.

The ladies were very nice but the older bigger gentleman that works there really needs to find a job not dealing with the public, he’s very rude and unprofessional, should’ve gotten his name but after the way he treated me I was to livid to think that far ahead

Absolutely the worst. 1 person on Saturday to handle a line of people all the way down the hallway. At least 15 people in line. This is not unusual for this office

My package was out for delivery, scheduled to show up by 2 p.m. today. When I check to find out where the package is on the tracking, they taking it back to the post office and already closed. Now I have to wait two days in order to receive my mail. This is the worst service ever, there's absolutely no reason why you couldn't drop the package off at my address like you're supposed to. There were five or six people all around in the yard if it needed to be signed for it would have been very easy to get a signature, you didn't even ring the doorbell.Edit: someone from the post office actually called me back and allow me to come pick my package up right away. Took 3 seconds. I appreciate that

Levi is amazing! I got stuck trying to get out of my driveway in the snow. He pulled over and helped push my car out. Thank you to him and his kind heart.

Very unhelpful staff. They lost a passport documents for a month. They never tried to locate or call Tulsa distribution center. The supervisor said it’s not our fault fill up a new document or go online and file a claim.
