Went fo them to have some front end work done. The changed out my wheel bearings but didn't grease them, they didn't replace my tie rods and u-joints buy charged me for them. The did not do an alignment or tire rotation. I essentially was charged around 3 grand for little more than a brake replacement.

The best of the best!
Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I had my tires aligned and the work was finished in just a few hours. On top of that, they went above and beyond—untwisting the bellow on my wheel and fixing the noise that had been driving me crazy (something no one else could even identify!).
Amazing service, outstanding quality, and truly great people. I’d recommend them to absolutely anyone.

Western Auto is a one of the best shops to get your car back to new. I Went in to get a axle shaft replacement and a couple other things only charged me $553. Not gonna lie my car definitely runs a whole lot better Thank you Western Auto..

USE CAUTION***The man who runs this business does as he wants he over charges the consumer and then does not honor his warranty work he worked on a vehicle less than 60 days the vehicle broke back down and now it has sat there for 5 month waiting on it to be fixed again SAME PART ... I recently had work done here because they're always so good. Had my a/c repaired & an oil leak fixed. My car was pretty rough so it took quite a bit to fix it. After a week or so my a/c messed up again so I called WA back. They got it in promptly & because they felt like maybe it was on their end, repaired my a/c again & didn't charge me anything, not even for the part!
