I have had my insurance through this office for years now. Here's the problem, they don't answer the phone. They don't reply to messages, I recently had $40,000 water damage loss.... They never checked on the status of anything. If it weren't for skilled and good people at their national office I would still be standing in water.It's been like this for years.I'm going to change my agent to someone else when this is all over.
