Just want to give a big shout out and thanks to Criswell’s, Purcell, OK, for tire service received yesterday, Wednesday October 10, 2025. Driving from Maysville to Norman, but along the way our right rear tire started leaking fast on I35 northbound. Down to 4 lbs pressure in matter of minutes. Managed to get off at North Purcell exit and literally coasted into Criswell’s on S. Green Avenue when tire went totally flat. They got us in immediately. Put double patches on our tire (brand new by the way) so we could get home. Scary experience and could have been stranded on I35, but with the good Lord’s help and Criswell’s service, we made it home safely. Great experience and service was excellent and affordable. Very much appreciated.

These guys are awesome! You don’t get small town service very many places… but you will find it here. I take my vehicles to get oil changes and you can even take advantage of their full service gas pumps.

Only did a 1 star cause you can't do negative 5 they stole money from me using uhaul our contract states 99 cents every 10 miles but charged 99 cents a mile stay away unless you Wana get robbed photo is the contract

When you think about auto service - u get frustrated and on guard .Criswell is the classic hometown built in America customer service matters building customers for life feel.Not only are they honest but they’re very patient. Their service times are fast and reliable. Their work is great ! I cannot imagine a world where these people aren’t improving the community, reputation of mechanics, or -defying that stereotype that we all know and dread.Please - run go now support this local small business- that supports the employees and families who depend on this awesome family business.They’re amazing !Edit : Post picking up my vehicle- they’re amazing . Fair kind and fast. So fast . This is the most honest mechanic I have ever met - he really cares about ur safety and will go out of his way to ensure ur vehicle is safe . He discovered and issue on my vehicle - after I brought it in for brakes - that was out of there scope - however - he gracefully dealt with it , did an amazing job and did it faster and better than any local dealership (Toyota).Interesting was - he caught a major problem huge safety issues that Fowler Toyota previously missed just days before. After telling me my vehicle was safe for an upcoming 1000mile road trip.These people are the real deal . Your money will spend anywhere - but why not just get the value of supporting a local business along with the security and peace of mind - caring about reputation makes possible. We met some of the local guys that frequent this tire shop, and they were very nice!
Moments later, THE MOST AWESOME YOUNG GUY TIRE TECH NICK ARRIVED!
As soon as he got situated in the shop, he tended to us immediately.
My tire value stem tore from something that damaged it while I was out muddin' at Cross Bar Offroading Site. Nick showed me the tear and allowed for me to see the process of him fixing my tire issue.
He is impressive, friendly, informative, and the kind of guy that you would love to know, root for, and wish all the best to him.
We definitely tipped him well. *Ya gotta support the great people in the ?! They are rare.

Super fair, great communication, and just as good as service as some local places that are slammed. Did a great job on my brakes on my Rogue, and they also communicated great, which is super important for a mechanic. Cant recommend enough.

Flat out some good Ole Boys that helped me in a pinch yesterday. I was around the shop about 20 minutes while they fixed my tire. They were not only helping me but also many others that came by for service in that short time frame. Highly recommend this place and I appreciate their help and service!
