Good if all you need is a bed and a bathroom. A/C fan rattled all night, kept me awake. Comfortable bed though.

We were driving from Kansas city to Houston. This motel was Pretty good for price. (Under $60)Bed was a little soft, turntable in microwave and bathroom fan didn't work. That wasn't too big of a deal. Room looked clean and updated and we were able make a last minute booking. I did find 3 long black hairs in my sheets.. could have been from Housekeeper. But overall a nice pit stop.

We were driving through as we were moving. We needed a place who took pets and they were very accommodating. Perfect place to park with our vehicles and uhaul trailers. They have cameras everywhere so we felt very safe. Staff was very helpful and kind.

The front desk man is not kind.! I came here at 1:20am of 14th,so I want to book a room from 13th-14th and check out at 11am of 14th,and There are rooms on Booking.com,and I can also make the payment booking.com. But when I went to the front desk ,a man ,Not an American,First time, he at told me I can not book the room from 13th -14th at that time,I told him I stayed only 10hours and leave,I can make the reservation on booking.com,then he told me all rooms are fully booked. Then I showed the rooms options and payment step on booking.com,there are several rooms ,then he told me the rooms are dirty not cleaned. So people in this area are not kind.

Needed a place to stay last minute when expected free accommodations for my trip didn’t work out. Brandi got a room for me fast, location was perfect, room in great condition, COLD AC (fave), coffee great, breakfast available when promised and conversation with Brandi pleasant! Thank you 🙏🏻

Stayed here several times in the past and the service and rooms have always been above average. On 09/21/24 we had a reservation. Got there after an OU game to check in, no problem. Went to our room, saw the door wasn't latched from the parking lot and husband went upstairs to check and the room hadn't been serviced. Went back to office and told the manager/owner (?) and he said they didn't have any more rooms. I told him that we had stayed there before and that we had a reservation. They went and cleaned our room so we could use it. We may give them another opportunity, not sure. It left a sour taste with the room not being ready.

My family and I just left this site a little under a week ago, we had been stay there for the past 3 months the owner and his wife are very friendly and chill people. The house keepers are super friendly as well. The receptionist Brandie is the best. We just love her, she is super knowledgeable about the area and can help with just about anything. Yes the rooms are dated,but it's clean and everything works the way it should. The coffee is the best, always hot and fresh. Give it a try.

Very clean very respect good people they're nice beds were made rooms are clean and they help in anything you need you ask and they will do it for you would recommend this motel to anyone traveling I-35 South

For what it is, the room was decent. The air conditioner leaked but overall an ok cheap motel.
