I’ve used this place in the past and always had a great experience. Which is why for the last 5 years I’ve been a returning customer. Sadly the sadly may most recent experience has proved to me that once you make a name and get that city *fleet* contract, your loyal customers no longer matter.
I scheduled an appointment to drop my car off to be diagnosed on December 28th 2023. After 2 weeks we called, he was so busy with cruisers to diagnose. Another 2 weeks, same thing. We went to the shop so we could check the progress in person on February 18th. He told us the problem, how much it would be and asked if we wanted to move forward. We said yes. He told us 3-6 weeks for parts but that once the parts came in he would set the appointment and my car would be the priority. We called May 1st-ish after yet again receiving zero updates on my car since we went up there to let him know we had the money and would be able to pay him anytime 5/9-5/15. He satted he had the parts and would have it ready then. Today. 5/10 I have my husband call, not gonna lie I was really hoping it was done so I could have my car back 6 months after I dropped it off… Nope! Fleet strikes again… An ambulance needs a new engine that’s gonna take most of the week next week so maybe the week after. I’m over it. I will be calling him on Monday and making arrangements to have my car towed someplace else. 134 days and now add 14 more. We have borrowed cars from family, we’ve rented cars and at this point I have 5 grand for work that hasn’t been done and no car. It’s costing me money and I’m done. Looking for someplace new.

I was driving to OKC from Dallas when my car started malfunctioning on I35. I’m so happy I found this place! Robby helped me calm down, took a look at my car, and walked me through the issue and how he was going to fix it. They worked fast too! I was in and out within 45 minutes. Prices were really reasonable and he gave me clear instructions for when I got home. If it weren’t for Robby and his team, I would’ve been stranded during a holiday weekend.

On my way from Denton, TX to Des Moines, IA my car started to lose power and began running terribly. I limped into Purcell on an early Sunday morning after Thanksgiving. Obviously, there were not repair shops open. Monday AM I started calling around and finally landed on Elliot's. I explained my situation to Robbie and he said he'd "move stuff around". Rolled in to his shop around 8:45AM and he had me out 40 minutes later. I was stranded in Purcell and Robbie came thru for me. He was just plain AWESOME. The repair was fairly simple: bad plug & coil. He charged me $127. Couldn't be happier or more grateful.Service: General repairs & maintenance
