There’s a reason this is known as the worst bank in Purcell. I have nothing but issues every time I have to deal with them. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank.

I started mid-july trying to get a 35000 loan with a credit score over 800 I still do not have a loan approved it is a 30 minute wait to deposit money into their account there is a 30-minute wait inside to get into my safety deposit box I will be closing every account I have at this Bank

Loved it when we first started banking here But last few times I’ve went lobby is closed and drive thru takes forever That’s why I left my old bank there is no reason to sit in drive for over 20 minutes Does it really take that long to deposit a few at check If I go in it’s done in a matter of minutes If you are gonna make everyone use drive thru at least have enough workers that it goes faster thank 20-30 minsOther than that the tellers are always friendly And very helpful

I have been banking here for 4 years now and couldn't be happier with the service I have received. They watch my credit card use to make sure there is no fraud. I have free checking. They have a notary, which I've used. Always friendly and I've always been greeted with a smile.

Considering moving back to my old bank. I am not happy with the way I am treated. I am a brand new customer and get treated as if I am a child in school. The bank made a mistake and we all do and are not perfect but this situation was a little bigger than that. They argue with you over the phone, I am not sure what happen from the first two times I went in there, they all were kind. When I went through the lane I had three people who worked on my deposit. I had a emergency I had to attend to as to having my whole transaction one why should have been done and I sent out what I wanted my pin to be changed to. When I told the girl I have to go she rudely said ok and I will not forget the look on her face AND she didn't turn off the video. I called the branch manager and I am sure nothing got done. Well today I have been waiting on a new card that was supposed to be sent in the mail. I called the call center and the lady argued with me that a card was not sent and I told her that the one she mentioned was the new card. I don't know I just and tired of this same run around with people at this bank. It seems to be a problem with the whole chain.

Waited for 20 minutes in the commercial lane to get change for my business with no cars in front of me. Cars arriving after me were helped in the other lanes. Will be moving my banking elsewhere

Took forever to get a call back said it would be 30 minutes turned out to be over 3 hours... Then got the " we're sorry ...you're so close but we can't help you ....."

First bank I've actually had that will try to help me. Sometimes you gotta wait a while, sometimes you get right in. The only thing that would make that better is more seating, and maybe some signs that tell people the flow of traffic thats waiting, instead of blocking the doors. Tip: if you want to get in and out, go when the ladies are there. The guys are pretty slow. lol

Not helpful at all, it's nearly impossible to get someone to actually sit down and answer your questions and talk with you . Will be searching for a new bank that will actually take the time to help me and answer questions.
