Very friendly people, professional & quick to help if ever there is a problem, they have an ATM on site, also a drive through, I personally believe it is better to have a bank with real people to help customers & that's what you get here, blessed day to everyone QR codes are the devil.

The bank is fine but the hours are not! I work Monday through Friday 8-5, so you see how this is an issue for me on the hours. I can never get to the bank cash or deposit my check and when I do Mobil deposit I don’t have access to my money until Monday and that is a problem also! So please revise your hours or open up on Saturday! I would like to add that if they had better hours and/or would be open on Saturday I would have no issues with the bank and would give 5 stars because everyone has always been nice and helpful!

I dont know if it was the bank or the fraud system but i had $1500 in my account an they shut my card off was stranded in west texas for a few hours. They wouldnt even let me take it out my account in person bcuz the account was froze for me being in texas. I get it i guess but they knew i was in texas i called an told them not to shut off my cards. I had to replace 4 cards in a month time span. No fees tho the staff was nice back in oklahoma at my local bank didnt charge me an acceptes the blame even if it wasnt their mistake they made it right at the end of the day.

Would give a better review but it seems like every time you turn aroun their ATM is down, then you gotta go somewhere else and get charged an ATM fee

I love this bank, staff is friendly, I've never been charged for a new card. I'm always aware of my bank account information. I was with weokie but I prefer this one 100 fold.

So I don't know what the other guy is talking about. My debit card was free...i had complaints and charges and they swiftly took care of it. I was refunded the full amount. Yeah you get charged too check your balance at other ATMs because THAT atm has a fee associated with it. All IBC atms are free for customers. Free online banking...free checking...amazing customer service. More free stuff than any bank ive ever seen. Payroll checks NEVER have a hold placed on them which is extremely convenient. I've never met nicer people that seem like they really care about you and your financial needs. I highly recommend this bank. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable on their products. I was even testing the guy covering for the normal sales associate...asking him all kinds of difficult questions and he immediately had an answer for them. I think the guy on the other review doesn't know how to properly do banking, and is one of those people that blame anyone but themselves for their mistakes. IBC is the best!

This bank is the worst possible place to keep your money. It is not that the employees are bad, the bank policies SUCK!!!! They charge you for everything. They charge you $10.00 for a bank card, so you can spend YOUR money that you choose to keep in their bank. They charge you if you want to know your balance, if you use an ATM that is not attached to their building. They make frequent errors and their employees are not trained to be consistent. In their deposit process, one employee may credit a paycheck without a hold, while the next puts a freeze on your account until the payroll check clears. They often deny debits, due to their way of calculating balance, even when there is plenty of funds available. Then they gladly charge you $35.00, in addition to any fees that the other business charges you. When an error is pointed out, you are referred to the corp office in Texas, because the people are not trained in how to take care of it. You will very often spend an hour on hold, then get "accidently" disconnected. When you do talk to someone, they are very unsympathetic, even when the error is clearly theirs. They refuse to refund their bogus charges or they will tell you that they have to look into the matter, which means you are getting screwed. There is much, much more. THIS IS THE WORST BANK IN THE COUNTRY!! I even told the branch manager that the federal regulators will shut this bank down the minute they look at your handling of business. She just laughed at me and told me to leave. She refused to close my account and give me my money. My complaints went unanswered. Basically they screwed me and I could do nothing about it. Now I am listed with Check Systems (because of another error by this bank) and cannot even get a checking account at another bank, thanks to IBC Bank. Please don't even consider this place.
