After reading the owners response to my first review, I have to say I am still not impressed with your establishment. And I'll tell you why: when I called to inquire about getting my Kubota fixed, your technician should have said that they no longer had anyone there that worked on Kubota. But instead he insisted that he had never worked on our Kubota and at the end of the conversation he told me that he wasn't going to argue with me. He's rude and I will never do business with your establishment again. He should have acknowledged that yes P&K had worked on my Kubota but they can no longer do that due to lack of Kubota technical support.

I have had my tractor at this establishment many times for repairs. But now, all of a sudden, they don't recall the repairs and they no longer work on Kabota tractors!!! Really?! ?

Spent 25 minutes walking around the showroom and lot. Crickets. Figured you didn’t need my 30K, so I gave it to a business who made me feel like part of their family; Wright Tractors LLC.
Wright Tractor answers their phones, engages with anyone who walks their lot, returns a dang phone call.
Hey green and yellow, how hard it is to respect a potential customer? Btw, I left my yellow at your lot and took my green to Wright Tractor.

Every time I go to PK equipment, I’m reminded of the John Deere dealer I used to go in Iowa. Are used John Deere equipment for a long time, and every time I am satisfied completely from push mowers to riding mowers zero turn mowers to small compact utility tractors to utility tractors to full-size field tractors.

Story time, sent a elderly Iranian man to get a simple 16 in or so crimped hose for a semi tractor road truck. My boss the elderly man was told they only sale hose for farm equipment. You should be ashamed of yourselves never have I heard such bs in my life been in parts, around part all my life. Today you folk dropped the ball and made me ashamed of the town I live in. Was a time when service and reputation where important.

4-17-2021: went down a couple different times today to inquire about a 3025E package, waited outside in the cold several minutes for a representative to come out and review their compact and sub-compact tractors with me and no one ever did. I should not have to go hunt someone down to find answers to my questions, they should be around willing to assist customers. Reviewed this and other John Deere tractors on YouTube and wanted to see for myself how each model would fit to meet my needs at my home. I'm guessing they lost a sale, will take my business to another dealer who will pay more attention to potential customers.

Very Pricey, bearded counter guy needs a better attitude. I have John Deere equipment but will find another dealer for service.

Came in to spend some money and salesman set at his desk talk bs on phone kidding around with friend never responded that we were there he just stared at us and parts guy was on phone never said never said one word or be with you shortly. So we went to norman and spent 440. 00 dollars and everyone tried to help us . Will never be back here to Purcell's store. And that one is closest to us. They probably thought we was there for the free food lol nope.
