“I'm an old car enthusiast. I had a problem where I needed a custom fabricated A/C hose for my treasured 40 yr old Suburban, one I had brought 2 of my kids home from the hospital in. Somebody suggested Heartland. After looking at the beautiful, high quality vehicles they craft (not just build), I didn't think they'd give me the time of day. I called and the owner himself, Jeff, answered the phone. I told him my problem and he said, "sure, you bet, bring it by and I'll get it made for you.". A few days later, Jeff called and said it was ready. He told me he had to order an OE hose, mix the parts and graft on the existing A/C fittings to make it work. After hearing what he had to do, he told me it was $150...WOW!!!! I would have expected $400 or more from what he had to do to make it work. Subsequent dealings with Jeff, Scott and BJ show that this is an incredibly trustworthy, down-to-earth group of guys at Heartland Customs. If you look at the cleanliness of their shop, the organization of their shop, their craftmanship and how well their business is run, that will speak highly of the cars they build. And trust me, their cars are more beautiful than the pictures show.”
