I just want to start this off by saying, you guys are not only rude but getting peoples hopes up is just out of line!!!! We had got approved, had everything ready to go with a TRADE IN!!!! We were told that everything was good. We get there drive the car fell in love with it!!! And turn around and get told that they couldn’t take our car as a trade in but they could sell us the vehicle! What a JOKE!!!! They not only wasted our time, but they LIED!!!! They got us there just to turn around and screw us! Could have let us know before we wasted a damn trip!!!! That we couldn’t trade our vehicle in! Didn’t even look at the car, didn’t drive it NOTHING!!!!!!! We will never be coming here again!!!!!! Btw the manager was Brandon!!!! I have receipts for everything!!!!!

The service department is a 10/10 for me! I drove from Norman and from setting the appt to picking up my finished vehicle the process was made so easy! Laura went above & beyond with customer service that I wish everyone could learn from. She was kind, sympathetic, compassionate, communicative, informative, honest & true to her word. Such hard qualities to generally find in this industry. Work was done in a timely manner & running like a dream. Beyond impressed with our experience and will make Windy our go-to going forward!
