If I can give a 0 stars I would they will rip you off and leave you t car worse than you took it in for they will make money b off of you with your car messed up and tell you to never come back both windows neve got fixed they messed up my window never fixed it just made it worse r and paid 1,100 to get it out believe me do not take your car to them save your money they will rip you off

If i could give negative stars I would. My brother in law took his vehicle there yesterday to have an alignment, tire rotation and balance done. When he arrived home after that he crawled under it to look at the suspension pieces as they gave him a high quote price of $3100 to fix it. While under there he found that they broke the front diff while they had it into the shop. Now they are refusing to fix it for him or to even show us the video footage of it being in the rack and lifted into the air. Once we asked them to put it back on the rack and show us how it was out on they told us to leave and that they will no longer service the vehicle or any of our vehicles. They won't take responsibility on their actions and mess ups and highly recommend going to a different shop.

If i could give a zero star i would horrible service damage your vehicle why working on it and lie saying they didn't do it and won't repair it tell you to leave and never come back.

Damaged my vehicle during a basic rotation and balance and refused to do anything at all to make it right. Also tried to tell me the damage happened elsewhere when their shop is the only place this truck had been in over a month

Took my 24 Nissan in to have rear brakes looked at after dealership told me they were needed. Service writer gave me a quick call and said there was nothing wrong with the rear brake pads it was just a dust shield that Nissan dealership had been and was making a rubbing noise. Love the honesty of pro tire because they could have just put rear pads on and charge me and I would have never known.

As a woman, visiting a mechanic shop can sometimes feel intimidating. There’s always that worry about being overcharged or misled into buying parts I don’t really need. So, when my car started making loud, cringe-worthy clunking noises, I wasn't very excited about having to take it in.
Since I was already taking my car in, I decided it might be time to replace my tires too. So, I bought a new set of tires, squished them in the back seat, and headed over to Karne’s Pro Tire (Quapaw).
From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and immediately took my car in to diagnose the issue. Once inside the shop, they showed me the broken sway bar bushing that was causing all the noise. They explained the situation thoroughly and informed me they’d need to order the part, so I’d need to come back the following week, and in the meantime they would go ahead and put all the tires on.
True to their word, when I returned the next week, they had the part ready, and they completed the repair quickly. And even better, the final cost was even less than the original estimate!
The team at Karne’s was professional, transparent, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable car repairs.

went in spent almost a $1,000 on tires. one of them fell off going down the Road due to lugnuts left loose. , at first the owner stated he would make it right, but he only wants to make it right up until a a certain dollar amount. owner stated this incident has happened on other occasions, I have that in text message. this will be going to court. owner shows almost no compassion that this literally could have killed me and my mother had it happened 5 minutes earlier.
