This place has become a joke. You can't get an appointment bc no one answers the phone. When they do answer they give you the run around and you tell them you will call them back they won't answer at all. They need better management and for what they charge you think they could answer the phone but let's face it it's all about money and once they get it it doesn't matter about us. I will not use Hills tax service ever again. The place stinks of cigarettes and they will smoke right there in front of you and I'm sorry but that's a health Hazzard. I'd give no stars if I could.

I am not writing this review to say that they are not good at what they do and I've never left a bad review in my life but...The first time I went Hills Tax Service I made an appointment. I drove all the way from Talihina to Red Oak and the guy wasn't there. The lady said that she didnt even know I had an appointment. The lady said that his dad was in the hospital, so I chocked it up to bad luck on my part. And I know things happen. Today I drove to Red Oak again, after calling and talking to the lady. She said she would let him know I am on my way and to be there by 3. I got there a little after 2. Guess what?!?! No one was there AGAIN!! So my point is that if u want to get your taxes done go somewhere else because u will spend more time and money trying to go to Hills Tax Service in Red Oak!!

Travis was very quick with filing our LLC business and personal tax ! The place was really nice and Inviting ! Smelled lovely and nicely decorated!!!

I went there in March of this year to get my taxes done for the last four years. Mr.Hill was very helpful that day. He done 2016 nd 2017 that day but he couldn't do 2018 nd 2019 because I forgot some paperwork for them years. So 2016 I mailed in did not hear anything about it,2017 I got my refund. I couldn't tell u if 2018 nd 2019 got done because I can not get a hold of anyone nd if I do It's lady who works in the office with him nd I leave messages with her to call me. I'm still waiting to hear what is going on with 2018 nd 2019.
