12/1/2023 - Brought my son in for a meal. He started eating his burger, and there was a Wadded up sticker inside. I took it to the assistant manager, And all he said was it will not hurt him. Not a refund, not I'm sorry, my bad, anything. Extremely unprofessional. I started eating my burger and it was half raw. I am including a picture.

It's Arby's, don't expect too much. Atmosphere only gets 5 stars because I utilized the drive-thru.

Tried the Wagu Burger! So Good! The restaurant was super clean. Staff Friendly and Service was wonderful and prompt. Food was delicious, fresh, and hot. Restrooms clean too. Great experience!

Christina , the manager on shift was rude from the start. We were told they were slammed and it might take too long for us to get food on our 30 minute meal break from work. There was a family of 5 and two more folks in the lobby and two cars in the drive thru. Then we had ordered a large drink and she forgot it so when we asked for it she gave us two smaller cups for the inconvenience. Makes no sense.A bad manager makes for a bad dining experience.* I wish to extend a public thank you to the owner of this establishment for reaching out to me so quickly. I look forward to speaking further privately. I also want to let you know that we work 3 minutes away and frequent your restaurant, we have no plans to stop now, we will be back again I'm sure.*Please resend the link, it has disappeared.
