Will never go to this store… bc I’m sure I’m banned now too. My sister came home from work and told me she was banned from this store bc an employee said and I quote from a manager I spoke to on the phone Randi “ it’s bc she’s harassing her by coming into the store and giggling” and some other personal information that I’m not sure a manager and employee should be sharing but whatever I ain’t running that show. I was trying to speak to someone who could explain to me why she was banned and not just and threaten to hang up. I just don’t understand how my sister got banned when she caused no issue, scene, anything in the store. She goes there for lunch. It’s just a question. I may be wrong maybe you can get banned for just living idk I’m confused. And after the call I’m more confused. Anyways definitely 1 star experience but I’ll miss the icees.

All the Styrofoam cups had ink on the inside where you could rub it off with your finger. Then employee said oh i told someone about it earlier. These should of been taken out and not let customers be drinking from them.

It's worth stopping even to just go to the restroom lol
Even the soap in the woman's restroom is worth the stop to wash my hands. Is really like to know where they get their hand soap lol they got some kind of gojo superpro max that is the bomb 😜

The main reason I'm leaving a 5 star review is this is the first pilot I've been too that I've heard an employee getting on to someone for washing their nasty crusty feet in the bathroom sink. Thank christ this place at least has some standards.

I stop in here to buy gas because it's usually a couple of cents cheaper than the store across the street and it's easier to get back out on the road. Sometimes I go in to get viddles or whatnot. This time, however, I went in to get a drink. It should've been a simple in and out purchase, but, they had installed self-checkouts. I'm not a stranger to them; so I check myself out, tap my card to pay try to skip the pin option and it wouldn't take. After giving it a minute, I decided to cancel the purchase and leave but was finally approached by someone who didn't know where I was in my transaction and tried to walk me through the process even though I'd already been through it. Once he understood what was giving me the problem, he told the supervisor who told me that the problem was the tap to pay option has to have a pin number entered and that I should just insert the card and skip it. This was frustrating and just another example of things that a cashier would know but the customer doesn't. It's not my job to check myself out!! I'm the customer, if you want my business, you'll make my experience pleasant or I'll go somewhere else; which is what I WILL do.

Quaint little place. Restrooms OK could use a little cleaning. It was very busy so I understand it's prob tough to keep up on it all the time. Maybe do checks a little more often. Over all a good place to stop and grab a quick bite. Or to use bathroom. Face it promotions approved

Best Pilot we've ever been to!! We broke down and we're towing a cargo trailer; plus no money till payday. Went inside to speak to manager about being able to stay till payday. Casey (cashier) was helpful and got the shift manager Brandi for us. Explained our situation to Brandi, who said it'd be okay to stay put till payday. Other staff members were also very helpful: Gray and another young man helped us corral our dogs back in when they escaped from our trailer. Richard offered food to us and a kind word. The staff at Wendy's was very nice in letting us get ice and water plus charge our phones daily. Jasmin always spoke kindly to us. Even Ray with OWL construction tried to help jump us off. Brandi went above and beyond by giving my wife a ride to auto store to purchase a battery for car. Also the tanker driver Dee offered to help and talked to us daily. Truly the nicest staff we ever encountered.

Friendly staff! Clean store, restrooms, & showers. Wait time if any for shower is minimal. Wendy's inside. Gray did a greatjob cleaning our shower and shortly after saw him changing out diesel isle trash bags. He definely demonstrated resourcefulness. Thank you for putt Choice BOOKS stand by the front door!
