I went in to renew my progressive insurance in Jan 2022, I paid 412.44 in cash and she keeped the money, gave me a new insurance verification and receipt. On 4-24-23 I received a letter from the insurance enforcement department that I don't have insurance.

My husband and I visited AAA Headquarters in Tulsa last week for help with our upcoming travel plans. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.
Susan Meeks was our travel guide and she provided excellent service. She was generous with information and materials. Our experience made us even more excited about our summer and perhaps future journeys.
I highly recommend AAA membership and this office in particular. We have been members for decades and never once had difficult or poor assistance. Happy traveling.
