Good staff. However I am always experiencing issues with either the app or my cards. Have been denied purchases and have had bills late several times due to my accounts not allowing the payment to process.

Came drive-thru on 11/24 around 1:30 P.M. to get change for a yard sale I’m having this weekend. They then refused to give me any change due to my work place. (That wasn’t even accurate and hasn’t been for over half a year lol) I normally never have issues out of the ladies working the drive-thru, but I’m irritated enough to complain on here. Seems as though I’m not the only person to complain on this branch.

If this was the only branch, I wouldn't bank with armstrong at all! The muldrow location is the ONLY reason I'm still a customer with armstrong. The customer service is atrocious, the wait is ridiculous, and half the time I am turned away for service. PATHETIC!

Set up bank account with them and was told it would take a week to get my card, week later still no card and called up there and of course they say it could take up to 14 days. I just need the damn card to pay my bills 😡 â€â™€ï¸. It shouldn't take you this damn long to send it out and for me to get it!

I've banked at Armstrong for 15 years, and I've never dreaded going into the bank until I started having to deal with the staff at Sallisaw. Every single time I've needed something, that I wasn't able to do over the phone or from the app, it seems like a huge inconvenience and like I am a burden to the tellers on the clock. They are not friendly, not professional, and not trained well. I've had to wait several times for a transaction to be corrected because they entered data incorrectly. It could be because they are in a hurry or because they are new? (Turn over is high.) Either way if things do not change quickly, I will find myself a customer some where else.

The people that work here are nice while at the bank,but if you see them anywhere else they are incredibly snobby and rude.Their niceties stop as soon as they clock out of work.

Refused to let me open a savings account because my credit score isn't high enough. Plenty of other banks in town that are much friendlier to out of town contractors.
