Even though they were unable to resolve our vehicle issue due to lack of parts, the staff were kind and willing to squeeze us into their busy schedule on the same day. They also were very honest, and showed me exactly what was wrong with the vehicle.

Brought my car in for a simple repair. They wound up holding my car hostage for over a month. When I went to pick up the car they told me the repair would be twice the agreed upon estimate. The car ran like garbage all the way home and hasn't run since.
