I have had more days off then on Worsted ever, and still have to pay Full price!!! Went out on Friday evening, Didn't get even a call.
Had to call on Monday morning and wait. Worst Service Ever!!!

Doesn't get better at all. They finally switched us to fiber optic and it somehow got worse. My hotspot on my phone is better. The speeds are inconsistent. When I actually need to use it, the speeds are horrible and cant do anything. When I actually want to relax I cant because I get so frustrated with it.

First off, one month is one amount then next month is $10 more, my husband and I hadn't added anything to the service.....keep charging what u want and find a different provider...we live on strict budget , it's hard to budget when ya charge whatever u want to charge

Every day my internet goes out for 30 minutes up to an hour or so, we have to call them once a week for them to send someone out to look at it. We live in town so it’s very irritating. Why is the quality so low

Had a fire that burned my internet wire and the heat took out the box. Your techs are super helpful. They were right on the job to remedy the problem. The next day they were back out and had my internet up and going. Thank you for your speedy service.

I received a phone call on 1/4/23 that my area was being "upgraded" and I needed to be home, but I told the rep I was working. I received 3 more calls 1/5/23, all around 5:00pm, but I was still at work. When I came home that night my services had been disconnected and a note left on my door to "Arrange a time Tomorrow!" I called and had the service officially disconnected rather than paying for something that was already off. I'm not certain what city employees do all day, most of us cannot return home on demand. After 6 years of service I was disconnected for not rushing home on such short notice. I am also disturbed by the fact the notice left on my door stated they waited at my home from 5:00 to 5:45 when I clearly said I would not be there. I hope they are not paying DiamondNet employees with public funds.

The office personel and installers are very courteous. Need better more reliable internet service. Since moving across town we've had so much trouble. We work til 6 and get home to no wifi. It's annoying. A courtesy call or text would be nice. And where's the fiberoptic I was promised.
