Every day my internet goes out for 30 minutes up to an hour or so, we have to call them once a week for them to send someone out to look at it. We live in town so it’s very irritating. Why is the quality so low

Had a fire that burned my internet wire and the heat took out the box. Your techs are super helpful. They were right on the job to remedy the problem. The next day they were back out and had my internet up and going. Thank you for your speedy service.

I received a phone call on 1/4/23 that my area was being "upgraded" and I needed to be home, but I told the rep I was working. I received 3 more calls 1/5/23, all around 5:00pm, but I was still at work. When I came home that night my services had been disconnected and a note left on my door to "Arrange a time Tomorrow!" I called and had the service officially disconnected rather than paying for something that was already off. I'm not certain what city employees do all day, most of us cannot return home on demand. After 6 years of service I was disconnected for not rushing home on such short notice. I am also disturbed by the fact the notice left on my door stated they waited at my home from 5:00 to 5:45 when I clearly said I would not be there. I hope they are not paying DiamondNet employees with public funds.

The office personel and installers are very courteous. Need better more reliable internet service. Since moving across town we've had so much trouble. We work til 6 and get home to no wifi. It's annoying. A courtesy call or text would be nice. And where's the fiberoptic I was promised.

I my internet went down during the night, so I called Diamond Net first thing in the morning. The lady who took my call was very polite. She reset my internet and told me if it was not up in 25 to 30 minutes, to call back and they would send out a text. Well my internet did not come back up, so I called them back as instructed. Again the voice on the other end was extremely polite, and let me know a text would be at my house this morning. The gentleman that came to my house, was extremely polite, respectful, and full of knowledge. Thank you Diamond Net.

Normally we don’t have any problems with their service but when stopped working so did their phones and websites so I couldn’t even report that we had lost service.

When you need them they're there you call in if you have trouble and they are always efficient and they will fix your problem

Their services are better then suddenlink. The do not bottle neck. However the tie your bill and the city electric together even though they are diffrent entities. They will let you pay for the more expensive internet tell you your getting it but your area is only able to send out the basic. So your paying for nothing. They can have major outages but you will be charged for the days, yes, days that you where without services.I can go on but you get the picture.

Why am I paying $80 for 75mps and I’m getting 13mps????? Very frustrating I work from home so I need internet and this just isn’t it. I can barely stream to my tv and gaming is impossible. If your looking for good fast internet go somewhere else
