Whats the point in having a phone if you're never going to use it? Closed at random times they're not supposed to be. Almost like employees just don't wanna show up. Have to wait 10+ minutes for a cashier alllll the timeeee.

This location is horrible, I am sitting in the parking lot 10 vehicles have showed up and left because there is nobody here to open the store! This is a normal day for this store and I'm not sure who allows this to go on every week. Well there goes 4 more customers.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Went in to their store tonight with my fiancée. The manager would not come out of the back to help his new employee with a price adjustment on a seasonal item that was suppose to be ringing up at a discount price. The lady that was purchasing the item was waiting for the manager for over 10 minutes with the rude employee giving her every excuse in the book why the item was not ringing up at the price they had it advertised for…which is illegal.. anyways I took it upon myself to go get the manager in the back… eel he was doing nothing in his office… then proceeded when I told him there was a lady needing help waiting he told me to go to another store… dollar general at 205 N Kerr blvd in Sallisaw will not be getting business from us again until they change their management and employees. Also until they stop breaking the law. That is 100% against the better business bureau

They don't take bank card payments, that's the only inconvenience that I can complain about. The people that work there and service is great!

I don’t recommend the Dollar General on Kerr Blvd in Sallisaw Okla any longer. I have used Dollar General several times a week for a very long time and watched it go down hill. The store is understaffed, filthy, nothing on shelves and no way could it be straightened up as dirty as it is. Now, you have to have cash as it won’t take any cards as internet is down. I witnessed several customers leave because we carry very little cash these days. I have pulled in to the parking lot which is a mess also and realize I have no cash so head to Casey’s or Walmart so I can use my card. Yes, Dollar General I’d my preferred shooing store but not when it’s filthy and under stocked and understaffed. The staff that is there are running back and forth putting up stick and doing register but it is still filthy. Not sure the floor has been really swept and mopped in a very very long time
