We told them that there was a lot of problems wrong with the car we gave them $640 to fix the major problem in the major problem was an antifreeze leak that didn't get fixed they keep on telling us that he will get to it and then we wait and wait they had the car for about 2 week now and we told them we needed the major thing fixed and they only fix what they thought needed to be fixed and the major thing was it overheating and we picked it up and then my fiance took it for a drive on I-40 and it started overheating and everything and then we took it back to the shop and found out that it was an antifreeze leak and we been waiting and waiting if I was so mean I would tell him that we should be getting charged for the antifreeze leak since he had the car in there for almost 3 weeks ago

Russ and Laney have the best shop in the county with unbeatable prices, very friendly people, and two adorable awesome helper puppies. Would definitely recommend especially if you don't want to pay for stuff you don't need. Easily rank 5 stars and definitely found a forever mechanic.

Mr Russ and his gang are the absolute best. He’s had a lot of experience and I was coming in from Texas and welcomed me with open arms. I was really stressing out but he was fast and quick with his spark plug replacements and was a true blessing in disguise!

Russell and Bill worked on my F 350 diesel today..even found a problem no one else could answer when I asked about it. They fixed it today too!! VERY reasonable on price and I 100% recommend them for fixing your vehicles!! They are going to wire my horse trailer next and pack the bearings!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

They kept my car for 8 days! It was only supposed to be a look at and estimate. They closed shop for a few days with no notification what so ever. They ignored calls and made promises they did not keep. They did not fix my car and was going to keep giving me the run around. This is not a good place to get your car fixed. The people have terrible customer service and do not do what they say.

Here's your guy. Call him now. Per dollar spent I got high value help, treated like family service. I broke down on a Friday evening with kiddo's. Everyone else wouldn't even look at it before Monday. I live 3 hours away.

The true definition of "above and beyond " great costumer service. Great work and fair pricing. Very thorough, transparent and honest . ( which is rare in this industry) long story short I had to have my engine replaced, there was no way around it. Of course with any big expense and I’m a town I was not from you could say I was hesitant at first. Especially given this was my first time getting service this major. I had NO issues with the new engine and everyone treated me as if I were family. I greatly appreciate Russ and all his crew! Thank you everyone there who helped get my truck back on the road!

These guys are the best! Traveling from east alabama to Amarillo tx when I broke down in Sallisaw in my ‘18 ram 2500. The dodge dealership in the town told me to kick rocks but not these guys! These guys went above and beyond to help get me back up and going! He didn’t try to rip me off on his pricing for his work like most would due to the distressed nature of my situation. Can’t say enough good things about their character and their mechanic skills!
