Very poor customer service! Hateful employees handling reservations for a U-Haul pick up. I made a reservation for a U-Haul a week in advance the day before my pick up I received a call, u-Haul‘s customer service notifying me that I would be able to pickup the U-Haul truck at the pick up location from in Sallisaw, (I had made my reservations over the phone with the lady at Merrill.). and I would have to go all the way to Fort Smith to pick up the truck that I had reserved,. I only Reserve this truck for 24 hours I’m not going very far and I only wanted to make one trip. So I contacted the ladies at Merrill’s hoping there was some kind of mixup unfortunately Not only did they not offer an apology, but they were rude and their attitude was as if it wasn’t their problem and I was just going to have to go somewhere else. The only explanation was. “ if someone else needs it, then we are not gonna deny it to them” What is the point in making a reservation?

Wow! I had a great storage experience at Merrill Sallisaw working with Nickie and Jessica. 5 Star service, brand new climate controlled units, safe and secure, good prices, and an easy to use website to rent and pay my bill. We will definitely be renting more units soon. Thank you!

The only major problem I had was the mice tore up a lot of my stuff and ruined 2 mattresses. But the lady at the front desk was super nice and professional.

I was able to bring in my 20' trailer without a problem. We would have kept our stuff there longer but, they keep raising the rent. Several times I would take off of work to get there by 5:00, The time posted that they close the office, just to find them closed. Even after calling and telling them I'll be there , they would say they would be open. Closed by 4:30.

Great customer service and well maintained storage buildings. Never received bills from them in the mail, but always paid early so that wasnt much of an issue.
