Great service, large selection of Kenwood equipment, the same for kicker. Had it all Installed there at the shop by Tristan, his installation skills are off the charts. And in a very reasonable time frame. I'd recommend anyone that looking for a system to stop by and talk to Bobby and Tristan.

I commented on their post letting them know that they can save money on their advertising by not having it show to everyone on facebook and after some other jerk who has no clue about advertising started harrasing me for my comment, they block me instead. Maybe they shouldn't let their followers attack other people on facebook. My first response to the idiot was that it was obvious the person had never purchased ads, they got more rude so I let it fly. I do not opologise for how I spoke to that person and you as a professional business should have blocked them instead because they are only going to do it again the next time someone else comments something they don't like.

Trying to keep it localish.
Drove from tahlequah to get speakers installed. Had an appointment for 10 on Monday morning. There was no one at the store as of 1010. Called and the owner was going to find his employee. Hadn’t received a call back from him as of 1030-so I called him back.
He said he is not sure what is going on, but these things happen and I can come back tomorrow. Another customer showed up looking for service while we were waiting. Disappointing.

I have had my truck over there 5 plus times still speakers don’t work and he charged me for speakers in my dash and he did not put them in will post pics of factory speakers still in the truck I would definitely find another place to get work done

Sallisaw audio is probably the best place to go to get your stereo equipment super respectful. make sure your equipment is done right in a timely manner. Make sure that you’re happy before you walk out the door. I’ve been to other audio shops and never left happy but when I went to Sallisaw audio before I walked out of the door, they made sure that I was, happy exactly what I wanted. I am super happy with the whole process and the system I got.

During installation of my stereo they broke the wooden bezel on my dash where the air vents are. They said they would order and replace. It's been 2 months now. They said their " distributer" had shipped the wrong part TWICE. I stated that several can be found on eBay , but for some reason they wouldn't order from there.
I have decided to purchase myself and have it put in. They came highly recommended but screwed me over.
I'll go somewhere else next time.

Five stars isn’t enough! The owner and Tristan are extremely respectful, helpful, and patient! I can’t give these guys at this shop enough thanks! I’ve only been there 3 times and every time I walked out with a smile on my face and my arms full of new goodies! The owner gives gracious discounts, package deals, and as others have said he will meet or beat competitors prices! And if you like Car Audio, but don’t really know a whole lot about it or maybe you’ve always wanted a system in your car, but don’t know where to start! These guys will set you up and are more than willing to explain and teach you the In and outs of Car Audio! I will be Getting all my Car Audio needs from here from now on!
P.S– If you like Pioneer brand (Like I did) Then you probably hate Kenwood brand (Like I did). I used to tell people you couldn’t pay me enough to make me put a kenwood in my vehicle. Let alone buy one myself to put in my vehicle. But Tristan talked me into getting a Kenwood Excelon and I will never go back to Pioneer!!
P. S. S. – Sallisaw Car Audio if you read this review, I want to Give you guys a special, THANK YOU/SHOUT OUT for the patience you guys have had with me! Being a long haul truck driver means long hours, unpredictable home times, and on the days I’m off, my todo/chore list is so long that I don’t get much free time.. so unfortunately, that means every time I’ve been there, I’ve showed up in a semi truck <30 minutes before closing and this last time I called ahead and you stayed 15 minutes after closing to help me and I appreciate it greatly! You guys are awesome! The store rocks and I look forward to spending my paychecks there for years to come! Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Great place to do business. They were very knowledgeable, had tons of product in stock. Drove from Wagoner just to do business with them and I'll do it again. Competitive prices on all the brands they carry.
